Eye Rejuvenation
Our eyes are our strongest feature and the way that we communicate with each other. Be it soulful, playful or (don’t) fuck (with) me eyes; they are an area worth investing in.
There are different components to diminishing vitality with the eyes. The skin is fine and fragile, and the area is extremely dynamic - constant blinking and smiling as well as squinting into screens. We experience volume loss, which leads to grooves, hollows and shadows. Also, eyelids may become heavy as we lose elasticity and the depressor muscles at the tail of the brow tugs our eyebrows down.
These factors inform a multilayered approach, depending on individual indications and characteristics.
To smooth the skin on the upper and lower eye lids
With a fine tip tailored for accessing the smallest of spaces, Tixel clears it when looking for an ablative, non-surgical, procedure for the upper and lower eyelids. As the tissue is cauterised (the top layer burned away) you’ll need to budget for downtime of about a week. The procedure produces a tightening around the eyes as new skin replaces old.
Resurfacing - From £450
Initially developed for heightening healing in burns cases, polynucleotides trigger your wound healing cascade ultimately resulting in the production of young collagen and elastin. This means that the skin looks and feels healthier and fresher. You may have it as a standalone treatment or in combination with Tixel treatments. The latter forms an ideal marriage; cauterising the tissue initially and then boosting that healing process even further with the introduction of Polynucleotides.

To Tighten and Brighten
Using a combination of tailored ingredients, VIPeels may be used on the around the eye and up to the lower lash line. Prescription retinol and hydroquinone undo sun damage and pigmentation, dissolving the dead top layer to unveil and stimulate fresh tissue. Best done in the Autumn, post sun exposure, VIPeels are applied to the face and hands as the eye area. They play an important part of your annual, skin quality programme.
Medical Chemical Peel - From £395
Using “controlled injury” with tiny needles, huge amounts of growth factors are released, which heal and tighten the skin, giving it a tighter texture and smoother tone It is a simple but effective technique, which sees minor downtime of moderate redness for approximately 12 hours, and a tight/dry sensation for 2 – 3 days. Medical microneedling uses a single-use sterile roller, where the needles penetrate deep into the living part of the skin. Numbing cream is applied to make the treatment perfectly comfortable. Boost microneedling may by combining it with a delicate eye peel, Eye Refresh.

To soften shadows
Hollows around the eyes, known as the “tear trough”, stem from a lack of volume and support around the lower eyelid. This forms a groove from the tear duct area, proceeding as a diagonal indentation downwards into the cheek, and/or around the socket of the eye. When we have a groove like this, it casts a shadow, which makes us look tired.
By carefully injecting fine filler into the tear trough, it plumps the groove and means that the light bounces off the skin (rather than being drawn into the hollow). This illuminates the area, giving a fresher, overall impression to the eyes.
Eye Refresh - From £400
To elevate the brow
Tiny needles are used to expertly inject muscles to elevate and shape the brow – the Botox brow lift. By injecting Botox into the depressor muscles of the frown and eyebrow tail, the downward pulling muscles are released, affecting a lift. This can treat mild to moderate heaviness in the upper lids, the skin of the upper lid lifted and smoothed and a more wide-eyed, “awake” look achieved.
